I don’t think they deliver the mail…

Previous review is below. We had a great experience with this last issue that I had. I thought my mail was not getting delivered. Customer service was so responsive with me. I figured out what was going on, and it was basically just my area and the mail carriers.

I don’t think they deliver the mail when they say they do. I put in an order of about 800 mailers. With six seed pieces. Not delivered. What a coincidence that the sixth that I had delivered to myself didn’t get delivered but the other 794 did. Weird.

They stole my money!

After sending out about 1000 cards, I decided this business was not for me and decided to cancel my subscription. I cancelled it, but had ~$150 left over in my account, but PrintGenie refused to refund my money. It is not their policy to refund. So they have essentially stole my money.
