The onboarding flow is broken and has been for years. When you install the Printify app from inside Shopify, it creates a brand new blank Printify store instead of linking to your existing account where all your products are. There is zero warning about this anywhere in the setup process. You end up with two stores, no publish button, and no way to connect them. The only fix is to manually copy all your products over to the new store. This is a known issue reported by multiple users on the Shopify community forum with no fix, no acknowledgment, and no response from Printify or Shopify. In regards to both companies-- for a company this size, this is embarrassing. Sort it out.

I recently started using Printify for my Etsy store and I’m really happy with the experience so far.
The platform is easy to use, even for beginners, and it allows me to quickly create and publish new products. I like the wide range of products and the integration with Etsy — it makes the process much faster.
I already got my first order, and everything went smoothly, including production and payment processing.
I’m still learning, but Printify gives a great opportunity to start an online business without big investments.
Would definitely recommend for beginners and small business owners.

I have been a Printify merchant for a while, but this experience has been a total nightmare. Since March 23rd, I have been misled, ignored, and lied to by their support team.
I specifically asked twice—ON RECORD—if they could handle a Priority USPS shipment to an APO (Military) address for a 16x20 canvas. They confirmed it twice. I placed the order on March 25th, but they failed to fulfill the shipping they promised. I spent 7 days fighting with their supervisors, only to be told 'sorry, we can't do it.'
They forced me to cancel the original order and create a new one manually on April 2nd. Now, their support agents are shamelessly claiming the order is 'new' and 'only 3 days old,' completely ignoring the 10-day delay THEY CAUSED.
I had to refund to my customerout of my own pocket because of Printify's incompetence. They refuse to expedite production with their provider Jondo, refuse to connect me to a supervisor, and keep repeating 'standard procedures' like robots.
And can you believe it? Even after these 12 days of failure, they are still telling me to wait for approximately 5 more days! If you value your business and your customers, DO NOT TRUST PRINTIFY. They will fail you, mislead you, and then hide behind their 'support' walls when things go wrong.

If I could leave negative stars, I would.
This is an ongoing pattern, not an isolated issue. Orders are marked as shipped when they aren’t, reprints are promised but never actually produced, and there is zero follow-through.
Customer service is incredibly frustrating — bots, canned responses, and no direct answers to simple questions. It feels like you’re constantly being deflected instead of supported.
Meanwhile, I’m left refunding customers and absorbing the damage to my business.
This platform is unreliable and, at times, feels misleading in how order statuses and support are handled.

Not as simple as I thought. Some of the options are hard to find. I don't have time to go through a massive amount of tutorials. I did find a couple of videos that were very helpful and AI actually helped me navigate this site. I love that this exists and makes it so I can start up my Etsy shop.

Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with Printify. I printed the exact same design (front & back), on multiple of the exact same shirt style and color, yet the design size and quality varied from shirt to shirt.
The front design was 50% smaller on the Small vs. Medium shirt, and they told me they shrink the design to fit the shirt. Why shrink it 50% when the shirt isn't 50% smaller? It looks awkward and I won't even end up wearing it.
The back logo was also stretched and distorted on the Small and perfectly fine on the Medium. It wasn't a different design or file, so the logo should have printed in the exact same shape and quality.
They've refused to acknowledge their mistake and stopped responding to my emails or else I wouldn't even be leaving this review. I understand things happen, and would have been happy if they simply recognized what happened and made it right, but I've been ghosted. Won't be using Printify again.
