This is a little confusing, but mostly happy

Just started opening up my business and this has made it an easy set up thanks so much!! I plan on trying other ideas and excited to see how this works out.

I signed up to Printify Premium monthly as I was using it quite a bit, got an email saying that they were raising prices so they offered to keep the same lower price if I paid for the yearly service. I felt that I had to and was charged $300 for the year. Well my monthly subscription was still active but did not get refunded for the remaining of the month. I recently came up on some hardship and contacted support to ask to please refund my yearly subscription as I could no longer afford it as I am about to close my Etsy store.
They told me they would review my case and let me know via email. I need help right now not when they feel like it and seems that is a good way for them not to follow up and if they do they will say no!
I spent 7K last year on their site and this is how I am treated! Horrible customer service.

While Printify rocks in certain areas there are two that are mediocre at best. Customer service is wildly spotty...sometimes you get a response to a "help ticket" that same day but just as often it's days later or not at all! And many of the responses are canned; pre-written responses that really have little to do with the issue and you have to repeat the request all over again. There's a strong sense that these are WFH folks who aren't REALLY reading the requests but rather choosing "response #32" in the hopes that it makes the user go away. Frankly, I find better and more helpful responses on Reddit or YouTube or user threads...
