I sent the wrong copy, with the background being too dark, and the faces too saturated, and, having seen that the prints didn't come out well, they added another one, which looked way better (corrected background and made it brighter). Very happy with their thoughtfulness.

Originally I was a bit cheesed because of a misunderstanding whereby the wrong map was printed. However, then Gareth at Granthams called me and said he wished I'd called them to try and put it right. I must say that from that point he/and they were absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was looking for a speedy turn around for some art to be used as a finger print guestbook for my daughter's first birthday. I emailed them in the evening with some questions about paper quality and advice on printing, and the following morning had a response. Within 10 minutes I had ordered my prints and they were dispatched! Arrived a day later.

They were very helpful. Gave me advice about reducing bleed and stuff to make the printed pic as crisp as possible, which it was. I was very pleased with it.
