Being not very tech minded I slowly…

Being not very tech minded I slowly went through the ordering process and got right through to the end about to confirm when the message came that it couldn’t complete due to some problem at your end and to try later. I was so frustrated so I left it until much later when I sailed through very pleased with myself so I checked my emails for your confirmation and oh no it was ordered twice not knowing what I should do I read down and found your email address. I emailed you and low and behold had a reply quickly and you cancelled one and refunded immediately I was very impressed.
I received my beautiful print in 2 days it is amazing. So thank you so much for being so efficient.
