Bad print
The communication was awful. They did not follow instructions.
Only given them an extra star for the delivery service (which has nothing to do with them).

Firstly they printed the wrong image, despite me calling to confirm multiple times. They are inadequate at their service and their customer communication.
I needed the image printed on the same day, because what I ordered never came. They assured me that I would recieve the product. They closed the shop! They closed despite adverting a 24 hours. I’m so disappointed. I really hope no one ever shops here.
they've changed their website to samedayprintinganddelivery
but avoid - SCAM
Paid for 100 business cards on a tight turnaround. Result was incredibly poor quality cards, cut in different shapes and half stained with yellow ink, rendering them unusable.
Scammers is probably the correct terminology to describe this place. Nothing about them is professional.
Printed postcards for my fine art degree show on a Sunday, last minute and had them ready for me to collect by 4:30pm. Really happy with the paper, print quality and service.
Really awful! Totally shoddy work! Should have smelt a rat when they wouldn’t accept credit cards, only cash or bank transfer! Printing was for a funeral and output was unusable! Adding to the trauma of our loss.
I have tried to use the call line to get a response to an urgent inquiry. I was told to contact them through email and no advice was given to me and I have received no customer support or guidance. The tone of the phone conversation was not customer friendly.
The most unprofessional printing house and company I have ever visited.
The gentlemen shouted at me and humiliated me by calling me fussy. The reason was that I didn't want to accept damaged prints (photos attached). I've been forced to accept a fault service. NEVER AGAIN.
Besides, they just simply have no idea how to operate with paper. If you have some professional work to do, don't do it here.
Absolutely the best service I have had for a long time. This company gets my recommendation all day long. So very refreshing having someone realise the urgency and can deliver on top of it. Twice in two days. Fantastic.
I ordered 100 wiro binded manuals on 100 gsm paper from PrintInLondon last week, and I was given a price for a specific quality print, however when I received my 100 copies the paper used was of such a poor quality that the images and text from previous page was overlapping the other side of the paper. I have email correspondence where I ask for a certain gsm quality, given a price, paid promptly, and then the final product was printed on lesser quality gsm. The company refuse to rectify their mistake. Furthermore, they first tried to charge double the price, and when I said that that was too expensive for this print, they changed it to what I paid for when I used the company 6 months ago for the exact same print and said they meant to send that price to an other customer. Big red flag right there, but as I had used them once before I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So beware of this company, they will give you a price for what you ask for and then print awful quality paper where the print is unacceptable and cannot be used. Have also contacted trading standards to rapport this company.
