This company has stolen a design from my website and are printing it on a mobile phone case. The lowest of the lows

I had ordered for a blue customised bag for somebody who was here only for few days reviewing the availability of the product on their site.
I had made online payment of RS. 599 for the same. After a few days, when I enquired about the status of my order,I was told that there is a stock related issue with the 'blue bag' and so they wanted me to go for a pink bag ( which I dint want) . Also they gave me a second option to wait for few more days(till they get the stock) or a refund in my printland wallet.( That would lock my money in their wallet till I make another order through their site. What if I never wish to order again from this site.)
I had requested them to refund the money to the original mode of payment as the they still haven't started printing the picture and nothing had been invested from their end but till the time I would get the product it would be a waste for me .
Printland is mentally and financially harassing me for something ( no stock) from their end.
As a customer who would want something ( specially customised ) if the person for whom the gift is ,is only not there.
I plan to take printland to the consumer court for the financial and mental harrassment they are giving me specially when it's an ISSUE from there end.

They are fraudsters not a company , IN HINDI I CAN CALL THEM AS BLOODY CHOR . I wonder how they doing business, who are the people who order from them.They took 100 % of payment & sent stuff instead of my order, i have to return their order on my own expense & then they dont respond to it.

It's been 18 days now...no response at all. The statute still showing as In Process. When I called somehow they picked and assured that they will dispatch it same day..but never happened.
Today their contect no itself coming as not available.
God only know s what thy will do.

Pls do not west money if you have better option.
Do not follow few good rating..May be they r insiders.

I placed an order without going through a background check about this people ,which I am regretting now .It shows still processing after a week time and delivery date is nearing .When I called them ,after so many calls they picked and the customer care guy straight away started to convince me to buy higher one as my ordered product is not available.I thrashed him for this cheap tricks and asked for refund .Now he is saying he wil deliver my order .I don't know how a fraudulent company like this even survives .

I dont understand how they survived for such a long time They are just selling scrap online.Customer service girls are i think never gone to school They will charge 75rs for shipping charges and will send a 20rs diary in a big bulky packing Big NO FOR a company.

I ordered a custom mobile case cover which was for 2nd time, as earlier also I had ordered the custom mobile case. This time the print was little bit blurry, so I complaint them about the printing. With gratitude and Loyalty they sent me another custom case printed free of cost. I never expected that they would be this humble to their customer. I would recomment "Printland" to everyone, one can blindly trust on their service and order products from them.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I placed the order or 50 key chain and made the payment on 27 Jun 18 and was promised to deliver my items to my address within 2 weeks. Now after a week when I m trying to enquire about my order status, no one is picking the phone and when I called customer care, they told no order has been placed against me and they will arrange a call.. Call was arranged with the concern person Mr Ajay after long persuasion and finally what print land is saying The item for which payment was made is not available in the market and can't deliver even if I wait for a month...
And now Mr Ajay is saying that he informed me it before placing the order.. ..it seems I m a fool who paid the money to print land and they shared the payment link also for the order which can not be fulfilled....
When I am asking the contact details of any person who is in management and upper one hirarchey, they are not giving..
What a company printland is who is making fool to its customer

I ordered a black personalized coffee mug around 12 days ago before birthday of my friend thinking their committed delivery the of maximum 7 to 8 days. The birthday has gone now it's already 15 days I haven't received it yet. Every time I am calling them they are saying that we will deliver it today and will share the snapshot of the status in 5 min. Which is again a lie.

Their customer care service is horrible, Akanksha, a customer care executive talked so rudely that she even threatened me to disconnect the call when I asked her to transfer the call to seniors. Aakriti another customer care executive from same team I guess was again a lier. She said sir we will send you an email with commitment that we will be delivering it by today itself anyhow. Three days have gone after that. I have neither received her email nor my product.

Mr Wasim their supervisor is again of same category again no satisfactorily response from them.

This is the worse experience till now of my life.

The Worst Service I have Experienced is of Printland
they just do not have the product in stock but still they take your order and payment...i was informed at the time of order that my order will take 7-8 days for delivery which was Acceptable for me...but they did not have the product for 8 days and the day of delivery i called them they said we did not have the product so your order is not been made yet...they are so irresponsible that the did not call or mail me about this...i would not recommend Print land to anyone....the worst company in my opinion

We have gone through a very unprofessional and shameful act from this company they took advance for the product and after keeping the advance for more than one month they were not capable of sending the products nor they refunded the money though keep promising by giving excuses every week. All are united in this organization and none of them are sincere enough to resolve the issue. Once they receive the payment, they will often give you an excuse that they have not received your email. I have all the proof to justify my claims.

Fraud and cheaters! Have not recieved my product even after 20 days!! They wont even give ny money back! Dont ever order from here.

Seems like last minute working has to happen. We planned a trip and wanted to get some hoodies printed which was typical for us to find someone who can provide us in 3 days. Thanks to Printland who took this job into their hands and gave us the products on time. Happy to have them at end moment.

I ordered a name printed pen and wallet for my father in early Jan 2018. Started following up with them after 10 days, they kept responding that it will be dispatched today, tomorrow. But I got it only after 20 days. I got a things to do book instead of the wallet and a pen that does not write. The name was not printed on the pen.
They did not agree to replace the book with wallet, however agreed to send a pen with the name printed. Its been 35 days, and several follow ups. I haven't received it yet.
Meanwhile I booked another combo set of wallet, key-chain and pen.
Got a mail after follow up from my end after 10 days that there is some stock problem, can we replace wallet with card holder. I cancelled the order. Luckily this time they didnt send the card holder like the book.

If no stock, do not accept the orders. Your delivery option tells 2-6 working days, but we dont get it for months together. No reponse to mails as well now.

Ordered 110 mugs.received on time and also customer service team was constantly been updating me about the status.good print quality

Worst company ever
I made an order on 16 jan and the delivery date for my order was 26 jan .
But even today i.e. on 27 jan my order is still not printed. and they are not even bothered with the fact that the item is still not processed even after the given delivery date has surpassed.

Wont suggest anyone to get their orders printed by Printland.

Worst experience ever. They make the customers wait & test their patience forever. Don't have right stock, deliver wrong product, cheap quality & also cheat on size. no response to emails & escalation. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

The service is pathetic. I have ordered a new year diary for someone. Even after 22 days of placing the order I haven’t recive it. Representatives are not at all co-operating on customer care line. These people doesn’t understand the simple logic that we can’t gift a new year diary in the month of Feb. I had bad experience in past as well still I have ordered thinking this time same thing will not happen. About Last order, these people literally sent an another design and cheap quality material however they charged for the quality product and good desing. I didn’t get the product which was shown in image and description is not at all matching to the one which is mentioned there.

worst company, No any trust of the mouth word, they never know that how to serve to the customer. It all about 4 months gone to order but not find the delivery from their side. after three months baby will born but I don't think, pen will deliver.

Guys! please take care of that. Never Never Order to Printland.com.
