I ordered custom T-shirts from this website for an upcoming event. Initially, they mentioned it would take about 5 business days, but there was a delay in printing which made me panic since our event date was getting very close. I kept reaching out with questions, and Nolan was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions and even expedited my order with no extra charge.
Since it was my first time ordering from them, I was worried the order might not arrive at all. But thankfully, they arrived 3 days before the event! The fabric quality and the print came out really good.
I absolutely recommend this website and their products!

We could not be happier with the results we got from our experience. Not only did our products come out superb in quality and timing but working with this organization and their people was just wonderful so professional so kind just a wonderful wonderful experience and it was local and done in Michigan versus out of the country.

Ordered a beanie but never showed up. Also gave me a tracking # number that doesn’t come up with Ups, USPS, nor FedEx and it says delivered on the email they sent that only says shipped but I have no emails confirming it. Let alone I don’t know why my email to my logo shrinking was never answered so I don’t even know if the beanie logo I added was corrected nor the way I wanted it to be because it never showed I can’t find a way to see what tracking # it even is nor do they tell you what carrier they will be using to ship the item. I only got 2 emails from them. One confirming my order. The other sayin its shipped but when I clicked on it. Now it says delivered but never came.

Print Oracle has become my go-to for custom apparel, and I honestly couldn't be happier with them. Every single order has come out exactly how I wanted it. The prints are crisp, the colors pop, and the fabric quality is really solid. What I appreciate most is how consistent they are. Fast production times, reasonable prices, and they actually communicate well throughout the process. I ordered and paid a custom design vest on 12/31/2025, the company track website show order confirmed. Order #F1767199584698
The website also indicates will start to process in 2 business days, however 2 weeks later 1/14/2026 the website still shows the same message but no progress at all.
I wrote a message to their customer support email asking about how long will it take to deliver my ordered item. But so far no return email. Almost feel like nobody care about me as a customer.

The company responded to my email next day and apologized for delayed shipping due to system issues and offers shipping cost refund.
I received the product today as January 20th, the product quality is okay but custom photo is on the upper left corner, much smaller than the photo shown on their website which is bigger in the center.
No big deal, just not what I saw in the company website and they did refund my shipping cost. So I am updating my review from 1 to 3 Star now.
