I have used my handheld printer once. When I came to use a second time the screen stopped working.
I have contacted PrintPeak via email on numerous occasions and they have completely ignored me.
I would avoid this company. The item is under guarantee, however they just ignore you

Terrible product, terrible company, terrible service. Was wowed by what was promised, reviews looked great.... obviously they are not what they seem! Tried to return the product for a refund within their terms. Product was not accepted and no refund sent!
AVOID!

Slow delivery. But quick initial support. When printer did not recognize the USB stick we purchased another stick, for it to also not work. The support asked for video proof and never got back with a solution when we followed up - three times over two weeks.

Zero contact with company. I bought printed machine with ink to this and didn't get printed ink. What is this? This company is serious bad.

Disappointing Experience Despite Initial Promise

The printer worked well at first, but after just two weeks, the touchscreen stopped functioning. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach customer support — the helpdesk is practically non-existent, and the official website doesn't work properly.

Additionally, it wasn't clearly stated at the time of purchase that the printer comes without an ink cartridge, which added to the frustration.

At this point, I'm actively searching for a comparable product from another brand that offers reliable customer service.

In conclusion, buying this printer feels like a gamble. If you're lucky and get a working unit, it might be fine — but if not, it’s money down the drain.

I bought this directly from Print Peak and it has been a terrible experience.
First, it showed up without any ink.
3 weeks later, the ink showed up and the printer didn't work.
I asked to return it and heard no response. Finally, I threatened to dispute the charges and the offered an RMA but not for the cartridges that didn't work.
Terrible Company.
Do not buy this.

Doesn’t print on plastic.

Avoid at all cost. No customerservice.

The product didnt work on textile well so i wanted to return it and they replied that they will send me a label to send it back. 5 mails and reminders later i still do not have a shipping label. This is really bad customer service.

Was promised a delivery in 7-14 business days. Instead, I only received a note with a number from DPD, but no package was ever sent out.
I wrote three emails to the companys support@ as well as Afik (the receiver of my paypal money) asking about the whereabouts of the package, as I need the content urgently for a project.
Now the time for this has passed without a single answer from the Print Peak Team.
Update: After escalating a PayPal Case, PrintPeak refunded the money.

We cannot recommend this printer enough. We have a sauce company ( Saucily ) and our sauces come in pouches which we were having to write the best before dates on by hand. Not only was the writing of the dates time consuming we then had to wait for the ink to dry which could take up to 45 mins. Since buying the machine we can now print the batch number and best before date in a quarter of the time it used to take plus the ink dries instantly. Not only has the printer saved us so much time but our pouches now look a lot more professional. The price was also fantastic.

DON'T PURHASE a Printpeak This PRODUCT if u r looking for Professional Quality it is farm yard quality at best after 3 or 4 uses ink cartage quality fades stored as per instructions and still quality lost by 50%. Product is not as advertised size is smaller.

Review Title: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Delivery
I purchased a printer from this company over a month ago, urgently needing it for my business. Despite their initial promise of quick delivery, I have yet to receive the product. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I was told the post office lost the parcel and that a replacement would be shipped overnight.
I confirmed the address they requested (even though I preferred to use a different address to ensure delivery), and yet nothing has arrived. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered, and every time I call, I’m stuck on hold until the office closes.
I even requested a refund, but no action has been taken. This lack of communication and accountability is not how a business should operate, especially when dealing with time-sensitive purchases.
If you’re considering buying from this company, I would strongly caution against it based on my experience.
