I ordered 2 photos from print point and ordered what I thought were frames to go with them, ask it asks to choose a frame size. I was charged 10 euro delivery on top of that. So 2 small photographs with no frame that weigh practically nothing cost me 20 euro!! The quality on one of the photos is terrible

I’m a professional artist and I’ve been using Printpoint for my art prints for about two and a half years now. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The print quality is consistently excellent, the turnaround is fast, and the team is always professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

Their customer service is top-notch, the pricing is very fair, and the range of papers available is great, which really matters when you care about the final result. I recommend Printpoint 100% to any artist or professional looking for reliable, high-quality printing.

Just picked up four Giclée Fine Art prints today. I have to say that the quality of the printing and the promptness of the service was very impressive. The user interface for placing an order was intuitive too. I'd happily use Print Point again and can highly recommend their friendly and efficient service.

Arrogant, appalling customer service. We wanted to pick up our ordered prints, and after a long wait we were told the prints could not be found anywhere. But they would text us when we could come and get them. Which never happened. When we complained, we were told prints were not included in the service we paid for (dearly). This (false) information cost us two nearly 100km drives to Limerick, as nobody bothered to get in touch with us by email or text. We have never before met such an arrogant crew in Ireland. Luckily, there is competition available, and we can only recommend to look around and to get quotes from the competition before using this "craft" company. Printpoint won't see our camera club again.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Customer Care

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid 30,95 € for passport photos, only to receive lightly blurred, low-resolution prints that are completely useless for official documents like IDs or passports.

Before placing the order, I scanned my original photo at 1200dpi and sent it along with a request for confirmation regarding its quality. Despite this, the photos I received were inferior in resolution to the file I provided. When I reached out to explain the issue and request either a reprint or a refund, the company refused to cooperate. They claimed my file was not high resolution, completely disregarding my attempts to clarify and resolve the situation.

It is shocking that this business values 30,95 € more than customer satisfaction. Their refusal to address a legitimate concern shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. I cannot recommend their service and strongly advise others to avoid this company for document photos or any important printing needs.

These guys run a really efficient business and, in my experience, leave two similar city centre businesses completely in the shade-no comparison in terms of efficiency, willingness to get the job done and competence!

My stationary order was processed swiftly, I got what i wanted at a much more competitive price than what one of the city-based outlets quoted me for the same work!

I've had photos copied and headed paper printed at Printpoint, will definitely avail of their services again and i recommend them highly!

I ordered a memorial plaque for my cat who passed away after 19 years. I followed the template online which was very easy and I am not very computer savvy. The delivery time was really fast - 2 days. The quality of the plaque was truly excellent even though my photo was not top class. I was stunned by the result for such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. I found them randomly online and I am very glad I did. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

I went into the shop in Limerick and within 15 minutes of placing the order my prints were ready and the quality is excellent.

Received a lovely pet memorial slate today of our beloved Sam. Delivered on time. Well packaged. Lovely finish. Would recommend printpoint.

I'm a Printpoint customer since they opened their physical shop, and some of the services which I've used or received include black and white 35mm development and scanning, colour 35mm development and scanning, giclee fine art printing, custom registration plate printing (child's name for a gift rather than car reg) and use of their photo studio for a photo session.
The staff are professional in everything they do, from the promptness and efficiency of each service, to the presentation of your purchase in quality packaging, even down to how you are warmly greeted and listened to with your query when you arrive, which I totally appreciate as they receive hundreds of custom queries each week which each require special attention.
I highly recommend Printpoint for all your needs, either locally in store or nationally via their website and postage service

Amazing service from Printpoint. Ordered two grave slates for Christmas. I ordered them very late on Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday. Absolutely perfect! Beautifully finished and well packaged so they wouldn’t get damaged. Would highly recommend them!

Damaged gift, poor quality, unpleasant service

After struggling to find anywhere good to get my 35mm films developed I found printpoint.ie.

Superb service. Very prompt and professional and friendly to deal with.

Scans were high quality and I’m very happy indeed. Have used them a further 3 times and will continue to do so.
