I had put my order through but didn’t realise I added my prints than I had payed for. They sent me an email regarding the situation and solved it fast. They sent me an invoice for the extra payment. And my prints got delivered 2 days after payment! Recommended.

PrintPond has delivered, promptly and economically.
I’m used to having my own printer but since retirement, I use the printer less and less. So, the costs of printing, in broken or replacement machines, ink never used, paper destined for kids colouring pages, when the latest printer went beyond economic repair, I looked for an alternative source of printing. PrintPond seem to be very reliable and have produced exactly what was asked of them, at a reasonable cost. You do need to be concise about what you want reproduced, ie paper weight, size, borderless or not, colour or black and white, printing each side for documents etc. but it’s all worth it and one is prompted for each requirement.

Used before and the print quality is excellent and the turnaround time is outstanding (a day after pacing the order it was delivered!). On this occasion I made the mistake of ordering printing on one side so be careful when you order but that was my error and not theirs. I would highly recommend this company.
