They accepted payment for my book order. Then asked for additional money 3 times. I still don't have my books and they refuse to refund or ship the books.

They also go by the name Heidl Print.

Do not use either.

Recommended!

I would highly recommend this printing service. I used this company to print brochures for university events. The price was very affordable and the quality was awesome. I was totally a novice about file preparation for printing, but the manager here took care of my project very well. Thanks to this, we were able to print successfully and finish the event successfully.
