Joshua was very engaged the entire process. From listening to our needs, our budget, and keeping me updated throughout production and shipping, I was confident that we were going to receive our items when we needed them.

I had to send many pictures trying to get new shirts to look like a previous order and the reps from PtB helped me get exactly what I wanted.
