Very poor quality, grainny, scratched, not worth 55$. Not sure if this is just a poor item or a quality control issue. But very disappointed.

Pros: The plaque was as described and looked great. Cons: The $9.99 stand you have to buy to show it off is so cheap looking. It is a 50c piece of particle board and detracts from the overall gift.... See more

Nothing like pictures, manufacturing defect. Text off center looking very silly. Really bad quality plastic for amount paid and stand is flimsy and probably will fall over if you breath on it.... See more

Scam

Scam, as many other people have said here... After order got hit with a random charge on 2/28 from "DIGITALCONTENTAPPS" for $38.77. contact the number 505 657 5581 and it's just an automated voice saying we're not available. My bank confirmed fraud and flagged it. Buyer beware.

SCAM

I purchased a little commemorative placard from printyourplaces.com in the amount of 40.85 in February, i received the placard as advertised.

After that, we had a mysterious charge in the amount of 38.77 attributed to “digitalcontentap” which got a fraud alert. I thought it was one of my husbands expenses and approved it, even though it was on my card. Then, in March i got another fraud alert for the same 38.77 and asked my husband for information about the charge. We both could not figure it out until we really traced through our expenses and googled this charge and believe we found the culprit detailed in a Reddit post and several other sites listing this as a scam.

We did not knowingly sign up for any services from this vendor.

TOTAL SCAM

This is 100% a scam website

This is 100% a scam website. They charged our card 4 times for the order. We reached out to them and got nothing back. We finally had to dispute the charges with our credit card company. We did actually receive a product, although not worth the money paid. 3 weeks later we get another random charge from "appdigitalcontent" for $38.77. Luckily the card flagged it as fraudulent, but I found though Reddit that this has happened to several other people for the exact same amount. Beware!

Comical experience and terrible results…

Comical experience and terrible results throughout the entire process. I purchased a placard to arrive by x-mas as a gift, this is the only highlight of this story.. The quality was TERRIBLE! The picture came out grainy, blotchy and unrecognizable. All over the website shows the placard with a stand, they expect customers to pay an additional $15 dollars for a piece of cheap plastic, ridiculous. I complained and received a generic answer that the placard shall be re-done with a 25% discount, I waited an additional 2 MONTHS for them to send something.. THEY SHIPPED IT TO BRAZIL! Got a full refund and waited an additional 6 WEEKS to receive this stupid thing. It finally arrived re-done, only took a full 3 months. It came out worse than the first one... Comical results from a mickey mouse company. Highly unprofessional from the start, beyond disappointing. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Save your time and money and go anywhere else than Print Your Places.

Delivery timeline missed by three weeks

Delivery was promised by Christmas Day (ordered 10 days beforehand). They mailed it in January!! When I reached out a few days before Christmas reminding them of their promise and the fact that it hadn't arrived, they sent me a lengthy "sorry not sorry" email that really could have been summed up as "Oh well, we're busy." Don't believe the "Fast Delivery" statement on their homepage.

Oh, did I mention the product doesn't work and they want me to pay to return it?

NOT SAFE but beutiful!

I received my order in 3 weeks, which was acceptable since I wasn't in a hurry, and they didn't provide an exact date when I made the purchase. The product is amazing! Love it!

However, I discovered an email from The CouponPro Team in my SPAM folder, stating that I have a subscription for $38.77! This notification coincided exactly with my purchase from Printyourplaces, and considering I used a different name, I suspect a connection between the two. Initially, I took no action, as I never saved my card details, didn't check any subscription boxes, and had never visited the CouponPro website.

After coming across numerous negative reviews, I visited the CouponPro page and canceled my subscription as a precaution. How is it possible for them to access our card information if it's a third-party app or website? Does Shopify permit such practices? I've lost trust in Shopify as well.

NOT A GOOD COMPANY

I ordered an item from this place on February 8th, 2024, it took them almost 4 weeks to even ship my item, when I finally did receive it on March 3rd, 2024, it is all scratched up. I am very very unhappy! I tried numerous times to cancel and get a refund and not get this item as it did not take the 24-48 hours they lie and say it will take to ship. Also, ever since this charge on my account, I keep getting a FRADULENT charge from DIGITALCONTENTAPPS 505-6575581 WY trying to charge my visa for $33.87 and $33.81. I am going to report this company and also dispute the transaction as this item is absolutely trash!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM PRINT YOUR PLACES!!!!

Stay Away From Them

First, it took several weeks for the order to ship even though they advertise 24-48 hour shipping. Second, I got a fraudulent charge notification on my card. When researching the $38 charge, I found several others had the same fraudulent charge and they all recently purchased from Print Your Places. So either they are selling customer info and they employ shading people who steal customer credit card info. And last, the product is cheap and came scratched (when it finally did arrive. Stay far, far away from Print Your Places.

Still have yet to receive the item I…

Still have yet to receive the item I ordered 3 weeks ago. 2 days after I ordered it I noticed the price dropped from $52 to $21 for the same items. Asked if they could do a price adjustment or cancel the order so I could reorder at the lower price and they said there was nothing they could do. I said I understood and moved on. 3 weeks later I inquire as to why I still have not received the order I paid an additional $12 for 2-day shipping. They refunded the shipping and said the order was still being processed. Still have no tracking information. Still will not provide me a place where I can write a review and today I find out they signed me up for some reoccurring $38 a month coupon subscription. This was never listed as an option opt-in or opt out of and is blatant theft. Beware of this company. Sounds like all their website reviews are manufactured or they're picking and choosing the ones to keep.

Got my product, and FRAUD

Same as others: FRAUD. Ordered the product, got it 6 weeks late, and then got hit with the same $38.77 charge as others from "APPCLUBTODAY" for some kind of service I did not order. Disputing charges with my CU.

SCAMMERS

Item arrived late and scratched up. Then they stole my CC info and started adding fraudulent charges to my CC - $38.77. Not a lot of money but that's how they get you hoping nobody will notice a small amount missing. Had to cancel CC and order a new one. DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTYOURPLACES!!!

Fraudulent Charges

Got an alert from credit card company regarding a suspicious charge of $38.77 on my card. From a vendor called "Appdealstoday". It appears that most consumers were hit with this fraudulent charge after purchasing from Print Your Places.

Credit Card Scammers

Would rate this site zero if I could. Cancelled my order once I had been made aware that this business had a history of not shipping orders. Two weeks later my credit card gets charged by some merchant called "AppContentDigital" located in Sandy Springs USA for $38.77USD. Did some digging and it turns out the site is just a front for an elaborate "subscription" service that gives you nothing. This site takes your information and subscribes you to pay for nothing.

What's even more shocking I have received a response via email from PrintYourPlaces support acknowledging that it is them who are in control of this shady business.

Will be contacting the Attorney General Office of Georgia where these people are based to report them. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Steer clear at all costs.
