Not actually 22 inches tall tire
I liked the tread but the tires are an inch shorter than the ones I was replacing so I had to add more air than the tire called for to maintain the correct ride height the said 22x12x10 but was more like21x12x10 tires. If they had been the height they was sold as being I would have liked them more to reach the proper diameter they had to be pumped up so tight they can't form properly to uneven terain that's why only 3 star review was given

We understand your frustration that the tires aren't true to the expected size that was stamped onto the sidewall.
Truth be told, as the retailer, our hands are a bit tied with cases like this, as we have to list and advertise the tires exactly as per the manufacturer's specifications. Without any ability to mount and test the tires ourselves, our only option is to sell the tires under their formal specifications!
It is in fact quite common when it comes to specialty tires like this one (for lawn mowers and ATVs, for example) for the tire size to be more nominal than exact, representing a wider "category" of tire more so than a highly specific tire size. Furthermore, these types of tires are meant for a wide gamut of rim sizes, which can affect the practical measurements. Finally, of course, the manufacturer's method of measuring and declaring the tire size may vary drastically from factory to factory.
Obviously we do apologize on the manufacturer's behalf that the tires aren't exactly as you'd hope, and we do acknowledge your frustration.
In good faith, we'll go ahead and process a courtesy partial refund to you, as a token of our best intentions and acknowledgment of your disappointment.

ZERO customer service commitment...
This is by far the worst customer service experience I've received. There are simply no customer service-oriented people available, and they claim this is due to a "significant increase in traffic."
I sent three emails asking for status and called more than four times to only face longer than 30-minute wait times in the queue, and then they provided a very vague response through their Facebook page. I would stay away from this company, as otherwise, you'll end up dealing with shipping issues, which they say "they do not have control over." Well, guess what? You all selected the shipping company and did not give me any options. Now my package is traveling across multiple states without a genuine and reliable delivery date.

There's no other way to put it, yes, we do answer hundreds upon hundreds of calls, live chats and emails every single day, we really do. Our agents try their very best to help as many customers as possible, while of course our leadership is taking steps to address this pressing concern, as no one is a fan of these delays and resulting frustration.
Regarding the shipping, we use FedEx and UPS Ground services, and the overwhelming majority of all orders is delivered quickly, safely and accurately, just as advertised, leveraging both our network of warehouses and advanced shipping logistics. Of course accidents can still happen, and although we cannot prevent that in every single case, we do our best to avoid them however much we can.
We'll be sure to investigate this entire matter from start to finish once again and explore what went wrong, as we do not want you or any other customer to experience such delays with shipments or confusion in communication.
Thank you for your understanding and we do apologize once more for the inadvertent inconvenience.

I bought 4 tires through Walmart site frome these crooks. I put a claim in for defective tires and was denied. Then I get an excuse that the manufacturer of the tires is denying my claim. I guess they don't stand behind the products they sell. And then they continue to email and harass, blaming that on Walmart. Seems all these people are good at is scamming customers out of money and throwing excuses. BUYERS BEWARE, read the fine print!

Priority Tire does all it can to only work with and sell NEW tires in excellent condition, without any flaws, faults or similar issues - and we do our best to help our customers with any reported problems!
Although we do not provide any warranties ourselves, the tires we work with are all legitimate and authentic, meaning that they are also eligible for general manufacturer warranties that we can process for our customers.
In all such cases, we ask our customers for a minimal list of required documents and photos to serve as evidence, which we can then submit for a warranty. Then, once that is gathered, we utilize all of our experience and expertise to file the warranty in the best possible way, as well as handle the entire procedure with the manufacturer. Finally, the manufacturer will eventually reach a conclusion for the warranty, which we of course report back to the customer. When and if the warranty is approved, we are able to provide the customer with a replacement or refund!
From the sounds of it, you reported an issue and, although you may yourself describe or see the tires as "defective", the tires are not considered as defective until and unless the manufacturer accepts the warranty. As the warranty was unfortunately declined, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund, because the tires were mounted and used without valid evidence of a manufacturing defect.
It's understandable to be frustrated if you genuinely believe that one or more tires has some type of problem, but ultimately as a retailer that does not provide expressed or implied warranties, our only option is to process the manufacturer's warranty and be beholden to its outcome. To that end, especially with our very clear Policies, Terms and Conditions as well as our genuine effort to help you, there's really no need to insult us and accuse us of bad intentions or lack of care.

Price and free shipping were greater than other companies. Delay in FedEx was not good, but not Priority's fault. FedEx screwed up the delivery and I got 3 tires and took 4 days to receive the 4 the tire after they located it.
