This company is a TOTAL SCAM! I bought dog bones from this website. I purchased 4-bags from them, the price was shown to me as a total of $59.96 with the shipping being Free. After I input my credit card information, and pressed “Submit”, the transaction went through and they gave me a total of $109.33. I immediately emailed them to ask why the price went up after the fact. Meanwhile, I received a “confirmation email”, that my purchase was successful, but would take 2-3 weeks to get my delivery. The funny thing was it never gave me a total for my purchase, just an email stating it was successful. I didn’t receive a response from my initial email, so I sent a follow up email asking for the transaction to be canceled, and my money refunded to me. The customer service representative finally replied to my email, days later, telling me it was too late to cancel and never addressing my complaint about the price hike after the fact. After sending more emails, waiting days for a response, and never getting an answer to my question, just a total runaround. I realized that this company was a complete scam. I made my purchase on July 17, 2025. I received an email yesterday, August 13th, that my package was successfully delivered. Surprise, surprise, no package. I never received anything from them.

I placed an order on h ttps://w ww.prisk.org. After payment, the site no longer lets me access the order or payment page.

The email confirmation was vague and contained no order details — no receipt, no tracking number, no item description.

The only tracking link provided was from h ttps://w ww. t rack718.us/ en, which has been reported by many others as a scam tracking site.

I was given an "order number" but it doesn't work on any tracking system.

This seems to be a fake shopping site working with a fake tracking platform to delay disputes and defraud customers.

Avoid this site. Do not trust prisk.org.

The prices and low shipping costs on this site seem to be good to be true, and it turns out it probably is. I tried purchasing a low cost item and the Paypal widget failed after logging me in, which was a red flag, and the site's credit card payment gave a bad gateway error during the payment process. My card was still charged but there was no order confirmation and the contact email is not responding. I very much doubt I will be seeing my purchased item.
