I'm sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received. As you know we do not receive a fee from you for the vast amount of work we have completed on your behalf and any work we carry out on your behalf is at our cost. I am disappointed that your comments have not taken this into consideration, given the complexity of work involved and the reluctance to pay advice fees.
