Website photos and reviews are fake

Website photos and reviews are fake. What you’ll actually receive is a poorly made dollar store version.

Bought the Aurelia Dress and what came was basically a rectangle of green fabric poorly sewn into a dress. It felt like a prank because of how bad this dress is. Dress is weirdly cut, loose threads, raw fabric edges, panels sewn in crooked leaving bulges, cheap poly fabric, and nothing like the photos in reviews or on the site.

Buyer must pay for return shipping and while I wasn’t happy about that, it was better to recoup some of my money back for a dress that I will literally never wear. Their website says to contact their email to get the refund process started. I waited 7 business days and emailed again to get the process started.

To this day, I NEVER heard back from Prism Palette. Thankfully, AMEX allows you to dispute “If the received goods or services are not as described” and after they saw the pictures on the site and pictures / videos of the dress received plus no reply on my email to return, AMEX was able to refund me.

I still have this horrible dress and can’t even bring myself to donate it because it’s so bad.

Prismapallette = SCAM

The website sent out a dress of sub-standard quality.
I requested a return through the email address on the policy (you have to request an address to send it to!?); and tried to call and message the phone number - no answer on either.
