It simply doesn’t work

It simply doesn’t work. Like other reviewers state. Calls do not connect which forces caller onto mobile number. Their technology doesn’t work with prison phones. When the call connects the prison start with their pre recorded message. This service does not activate that message meaning the call can not connect all the time. Maybe works one in ten? Which is no use if person phoning has to queue every time and wait ten minutes between calls. Asked for refund but they just ignore and don’t confirm when service cancelled unless chased up.

Dishonest

Number can be out of use if something goes wrong with their 3 party connection therefore making your partner pay mobile charges.
Does not always get back within 24hours as stated.
And do not get receipt of confirmation if you contact through the website.
So if you are cancelling they will say they never received it so leaving you unable to cancel
