Prisonlandlines are not trust worthy and they do not stand my their own terms and conditions stated on their own website either. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my subscription and 45 days later they still took the money from my bank account I had tried to cancel the subscription with my bank and I was told by the clerk as it was a visa payment I did not have control over this subscription due to the way it is set up by prison landlines which is ludicrous. The stress and inconvenience this establishment have caused me is immense they give no apology or explanation for their incompetence which is unacceptable. DO NOT use this company I am still waiting on my money being paid back into my account

Where is the company name? Where is the company number? Why don't they answer calls? Why don't they provide a service? When do I get my number? Everything about the service and the site is just questionable. Cancelled and went with a legit company instead.
