Shocking behaviour took £90 from me n then emailed me to take another 30 ... after cancelling direct debit. same lady picking up the phone using different names what a joke all call n emails logged. Not helping ehat do ever record all calls

Do not use this "company"! Scammers! Took out this service for an inmate who kept being charged at full rate, he asked prison about it to be told this company are a scam! I've contacted the police who are coming out to see me tomorrow. I've asked for a refund but they won't give me it without a print out of the pins account which the prison will not provide due to data protection! Not willing to help at all! A legit company would bend over backwards to rectify this! Absolute scum of the earth these scammers!

Signed up for a month's free trial, within a couple of days I cancelled the free trial and direct debit. Read reviews that company was a scam and New by the time the prison would of verified prison phone number the free trial would be over so wanted to avoid any unnecessary charges. However they sent me emails with charges and now sent on to debt recovery. Charges for what ....nothing scam scam scam . So block block block all your scare tactic messages you scumbags.

Do not use this service, they will literally scam you! We were charged twice in two different accounts for the same calls and then after it took time to sort out they charged us for late payment fees, the only reason we paid late is because we weren’t going to pay double and then they wouldn’t pick up to sort out the issue or we weren’t able to log into the account online, ridiculous horrible customer service so unhelpful and rude

I made the very bad mistake of forgetting to cancel my subscription on the day I was supposed to and called early next morning. There was no flexibility or understanding from the staff - either they didn’t have the authority or were uncaring. I spoke to several members of the team. We had hardly used any of our minutes the previous month because of the poor reception on the phone calls. But it wasn’t because we didn’t choose to use the service the next month - my contact would no longer be there and so we couldn’t use them. Very costly mistake in thinking this service would be beneficial. Don’t make the same mistake I did - do not sign up.

Do not use this service, its complicated to use, if you cancel and you did not even use the service they will still charge you for the set up of £45 and will charge you for any late payments of £15, I complained a number of times to have my money refunded, law unto themselves. The phone calls are no cheaper either avoid at all cost.
