Pristine cleaning have been doing our business offices cleaning and residential cleaning for over 2 years. They do a great job and we have never had any issues.

We have used pristine cleaning company for 5 years. They come as a team of three twice a month and do a fantastic job.the house is perfectly clean and fresh after their visit. They usually stay 1 and a half hours They are trustworthy and arrive they say they will Alberto is a very nice man and he and his team are the best cleaners we’ve ever had. I couldn’t do without them I would recommend them without reserve

Construction site trailer cleaning
They've always met the challange of cleaning the mud and crud from a construction trailer especially after a rainstorm and we have tracked in half mud from the job site into the trailer. Red mud is hard to deal with to start, but the girls do a great job getting it shining like new. They show up, attack the mess, and are gone with minimal interruption. and on top of that they have had to bring their own water as we haven't had service here yet!! Couldn't be happier

They are friendly, courteous, professional, and it was more than I expected, so I'm very happy.

Unfortunately Claire and her team let us down when we really could have used the extra help. The deal breaker was arriving 3hrs 45mins late to an appointment, effectively completely missed it and then charged me a cancellation fee because I had a prior engagement and could not accommodate the time the team turned up at. Claire did not ask me if it was okay to change the appointment, just turned up at a random time, not the time assigned on the email. Since they have already taken payment, I expected a reschedule but she could not even honour this. Did not accept fault at all and effectively took my money without doing any work! I'm amazed they think turning up late is acceptable and then had the audacity to call it a cancellation. Utterly unprofessional and very arrogant. That's not how you treat clients and when trying to resolve this issue, she ignores my emails.
A second bedroom was also missed on our second clean because the team "did not have time". Her service is supposed to include dusting, hoovering mopping surfaces and windowsill, but she just managed a mop of the 2nd bedroom - this too at our request. Please avoid wasting your money.

Unreliable, unprofessional

From the very first request everything was professional, friendly and helpful . All of the ladies were excellent and did a brilliant job , made my home look sparkling again which made me feel happy!! Thank you ladies and I cannot recommend Claire and her team highly enough , a brilliant service
