I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from out of state and the PrivateAuto app made the process so simple. I was able to request a physical inspection of the car and received the completed report in the app. I was able to verify title, sign the bill of sale, and transfer the funds easily. I also request shipping right from the app and had the car delivered over 700 miles to my house. By far, the easiest way to buy a car privately.

Private Auto, sounds and looks amazing as a service. As a first impression, this website can bring value to many types of consumers that is looking to both buy or sell.

The unique aspects of PrivateAuto is the -trust- factor it brings to both the buyer and/or seller. The gray area of this service for me is how deep into personal information request is falls into when setting up payment information. This is when I developed a level of intrust.

To top it off you purchased a bumper to bumper factory warranty that covers the car for 100K miles or 8 years which ever comes first (transferable one time only from original owner.) and you are currently at 62K

General vehicle quote sites (i.e. Carvana, VROOM, CarMax, Car Guru, etc) do not care, or can even account for original owner sales or vehicle like this. Because they are organizations driven by volume.

But for end-users, that is investing and spending their hard earned money, this condition makes a whole lot of difference.

In my particular case, this service provides the better platform for "Sale by Owner", specially for original and only owner status.

The problem or disadvantage to the vehicle buy/sell sector is that by default any sales is treated with the same considerations and assumptions to all sales - regardless of car vehicle status and history.

For example. Let's say the following out of the ordinary conditions exist:
- The vehicle you want to sell, you purchased new.
- From day 1, you used the best best quality synthetic oil additives in the market (i.e. AMSOIL)
- From day 1, you used the best air filters in the market (i.e. K&N).
- From day 1, you cleaned and maintained your car in top shape by using specialized additives for door and other seals.
- From day 1, you used specialized interior cleaning additives (not ARMOR all!) to make sure dash and interiors age well and above average. Today they look like new.
- From day 1, you used best additives to keep your exterior vehicle parts that are affected by weather and sun (i.e. 309 Formula)

Although PrivateAuto.com can not/or does not consider or take into account all of the points mentioned, today is the only one that comes close to the best and most trustful user experience.
