REACTIVATING WITHOUT CONSENT BEWARE!!!
I opened a private recently not realizing we couldn't obtain a physical address of service. It was canceled within 2 hours of opening & confirmation was sent. The very next day I received 2 separate emails, 1 asking why I left & 2 reactivation (not by me!). After an email to them they confirmed the account was closed and advised me not to reactivate (of which I didn't in the first place). 2 days later I recieve another activation email, which yet again wasn't me... in fact I haven't even been online let alone on that site since. I have since followed up and requested complete removal and closure of my account as I am concerned my personal data is being used by an unauthorized user or the company are hoping I go past this 'trial period' to obtain funds. USERS BEWARE, go with trusted companies like NZ Post as it's clear there is compromise here or other issues occurring. Please do better Privatebox!
