Best VPN out there
Pia is the easiest to use and consumer friendly vpn out there. Priced very well, excellent customer service and extremely reliable, which is the most important. I would recommend to all that are looking for a VPN. I have used PIA for over 5 years, 0 complaints.

Semi happy...
Good function.
Could not finalize payment with the offer received on the honepage for 3 years. Tried it 3 times...
Had to go with the triple price in-app offer, which was a disappointment.
An additional disappointment was the delayed billing which caused me economical problems & issues with transparency of using the PIA services.
Good app for most people.
Unlimited amount of devices.

Awful Company! Don't Trust them!
Absolute con. They try to snag you into buying their products at a lower price then inflate the price at checkout.
Terrible customer service on the chat - takes ages to reply and then they don't answer the questions or provide the help you're looking for. A complete waste of time! A great way to end up in an early grave with increased high blood pressure!

Long-time customer. I love how well everything just works with the dedicated IP address. Love this company for its long-standing dedication to no logs with the 3rd party auditing to back it up because privacy isn't having something to hide, it's just about not having anything I want to share.

I have been using PIA for years, for safe, reliable VPN usage. It`s easy to use, at a fantastic price. The best feature is there are so many VPNs to choose from, around the world. Plus, after I set it up, it automatically renews, every year, so I don`t have to worry about it.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Constant outages. I paid in advance for 3 years. First month, when you can demand a refund, was fairly good. Then, they have my money and give you very spotty service. The connections continually collapse, lose connectivity and simply are worthless. Also, this company must be servicing a lot of fraudsters because most banks have a block on all their nodes.
Having a "dedicated IP address" does not help. I have one. Paid extra for it every month. It doesn't help. Everyone detects it as PIA's VPN. Many banks block PIA. And the ones that don't have their connections continually cut by the shoddiness of the connection. It doesn't work for streaming. Too slow and erratic.
Don't waste your money here. I already lost a lot of mine. Don't follow in my footsteps. I don't know how they got a 4.3 rating here. I can only speculate that they may be gaming this trustpilot system. But, I can't prove that. Must be them filing their own reviews somehow, because their service is bad as any VPN can be. Terrible.
