Reasonable price, compatibility with Linux, and openSUSE

Very disappointed. I used their OpenVPN Config generator, but after a couple of hours of trying different combinations, it still would not connect. Support could not help and said it had to be "escalated". It may take some time, they hinted.

For Linux uses, don't just supply a script. SImply create a flatpak for your app. It will work on any linux distribution and the extra traffic you will receive from the Flatpak store will be worth the couple of days it will take to create one. If you type VPN into the Flatpak store, the only one that comes up is Surfshark.

Also, no wireguard support. PIA used to be the best VPN. What happened to it?

Great price and service. There are plenty of servers to choose from and PIA has port forwarding. PIA for life! :)

The service has been consistent in stability and low latency on all of my devices since I started service in 2018.

Everything is working as expected. Fast and stable VPN connection on Mac, iPhone and iPad. I fully recommend.

Would appreciate if Favorites would be on top of the list. Good VPN though :)

The other day PIA renewed my plan with no notice. This is an indicator of how much they can be trusted.

Resolution and response to questions are usually what makes or breaks my level satisfaction with a end of familiarity with VPN's and my interactions with the team responding eliminated all me questions and concerns in an understandable way and quickly. That's not as common as I hope for. Keep up the good work!

This service is great for the price and supports port forwarding I just wish the dedicated IP could be changed be very careful with the location you set it on because not all locations support port forwarding aka the entire US doesnt

Have used PIA for many years with no issues until now. The support people are second to none, they solved my issue in like what seemed like an instatant.

I was completely clueless as to how to use this service. Once I understood it couldn't have been easier and I've used it without any problem. But to get me there, their agent spent TWO HOURS patiently taking me through the necessary stages until I finally grasped what I needed to do. I can't speak too highly of their service. Dave

Private Internet Access VPN has worked great for me for many years. It just works, and the servers are very fast, reaching just below my 1GB fiber connection around 800Mb/sec or so. I also have a Dedicated IP address with them, so check that out too!!
