Doctor is a no show

Had to drive 35 mins yo make this appointment. I received a text while I was driving at 9:35 (appointment was 10am) yo say my appointment was cancelled due to no doctors. I can’t believe how unprofessional this is. I paid to park my car also 😡

We are very sorry for the short-notice cancellation and the inconvenience caused, particularly after you had already travelled and paid for parking. On rare occasions, unforeseen clinical emergencies can arise which affect doctor availability; however, we understand this does not lessen the frustration caused.

D4 medical assessment for…

Went in for a D4 medical assessment for my taxi licence and it was a smooth experience overall. The clinic in Leicester was clean, tidy, and easy to access, with good parking. Dr Kishan Dattani was professional, confident, and on time, made the whole thing straightforward. Totally recommend it.
