Late callers beware!
The service was good until the deliverance of a code to obtain medicine from the chemist. We had to wait ages to get the code although we paid readily, this meant that by the time the code was sent, the chemist was closed.

An absolute rip off
An absolute rip off. Booked a telephone appointment for 4:45pm on a Saturday. Over thirty minutes past the appointment time, no one has called and their phone lines apparently shut at 1pm on Saturdays so now I can’t get ahold of anyone until Monday. Do not use this service.

RIP off, hidden extra fees of 4 day antibiotics, cost me £25+17 =£42 for antibiotics plus £50 just for consultation. The dr called me 20mins late! Avoid ! Had better service from cheaper providers with no hidden extra costs! Website hides costs well. Taking advantage of sick ppl! Daylight robbery!

Horrible hidden fees!!! Avoid!
I’ve used multiple private GP services in the UK and have never encountered anything like this.
After paying for the consultation, I was told I would need to pay an additional £100 just for a referral and another £25 for a prescription the GP was about to issue.
These charges were not clearly disclosed before booking. This is not standard practice in my experience with private GPs, and there was no reasonable way to anticipate such substantial extra fees.
Had this been made clear upfront, I would never have booked the appointment.
Extremely poor transparency and a very disappointing experience.
