I've had a great experience so far with these proxies. Very high speed and customer service is almost instant- thanks Alla! One of the best providers I've found so far, and I have switched from many others previously.

If it was not for Sugan helping me install the Proxy properly with instructions for non-technical people, I would have given this company 1 star. The first set sent by other chat techs were instructions for installing on Chrome that did not work for my Mac. The 2nd suggestion was to download FoxyProxy and let it install. The instructions are useless. Private Proxy did not explain how to set up the app and neither did FoxyProxy who believes all their clients are tech geeks. I installed a proxy using Apple's instructions and that left me with constant keychain problems. Sugan was interested in helping me solve the actual problem I was having, not just flinging instructions without context.

I'll be fully honest, I bought their package 3 Static private DC proxies (the trial one) for $9 a month, all of the IPs we high fraud score BUT I messaged support about it (shoutout to Sugan, he hooked me up, great guy), and after 5 minutes they instantly replaced my proxies with all 3 ZERO FRAUD SCORE ones.
