I’ve been entering Prize Paradise every now and then after my sister won 20k. I’ve won some instant wins and always hoped for a big win…
I was lucky enough to with £3,000 and I still cannot believe it! The process in receiving the money was super quick and the team at Prize Paradise are second to none!

I previously left a review about my experience using Prize Paradise. Following that, my account has now been permanently locked without any notification, explanation, or opportunity to discuss the decision. I only discovered the lock when I tried to log in to view the “outstanding tickets” the company said I still had in the public review.
It feels retaliatory and completely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not trust or use this site again.

EDIT:My follow-up review is not a “false review” it is an accurate description of my genuine experience. The follow up review also wasn’t posted because I “didn’t win” it was posted because I had another negative experience with your company where you took extreme measures for me posting the original review. My account was permanently locked without any notification, explanation, or opportunity to resolve anything.
This situation could have been handled professionally through a conversation, or a fair process. Instead, I received a very aggressive and threatening response for simply sharing my honest experience as a customer.
I find the tone and legal threats completely disproportionate, and this has understandably damaged my trust in the company.

My account was permanently locked without prior notice or any opportunity to resolve the situation, and I only discovered this when attempting to view tickets I had purchased. You stated on the original reply that you wished me luck with the open tickets, but I could not access these because of the lock on my account.
I do not claim to know how the site operates, and I am not accusing the company of fraud and apologise that this is how it may of initially been worded, I have now edited the original review so it is fair and not accusing you of such things. My review now simply reflects my personal experience, which has left me disappointed and concerned.
I respectfully disagree that the measures taken were reasonable. From my perspective, receiving threats of legal action for posting a second review, which was truthful and based on my latest experience, felt disproportionate and intimidating.
For that reason, I feel it is appropriate to contact Citizens Advice / Trading Standards to ensure this situation is handled properly. My review remains a reflection of my genuine experience as a customer.

Was super happy to win £100 instant win off of a 75p ticket. Prize paradise always have good prizes and I have won a few times now!

Excellent company won a few times now and communication is fantastic

Had an issue with a missed prize not claimed, emailed in and they paid the prize out almost instantly when I think technically they didn’t have to. Amazing customer service making sure customer hasn’t lost out. Makes all the difference as I will continue playing prize paradise now as I have done for years when I have had this positive experience. Great fun run by a great company.

Won £2000 on prize paradise , they Contacted me quickly after I won, I did initially miss the email so they made sure they contacted me again and they transferred the funds right away.

Love prize paradise!! Over the last few years I've won £5000, £500 JD voucher and yesterday £1000 less than a week before Christmas!

I'd rather play this than put the lottery on as the odds of winning are great and the price to enter is as little as penny's!

Not that good

It’s so easy to purchase a variety of tickets at different prices. I’ve been playing for over a year and usually buy the free app credit and the cheaper tickets. Last night I received an email from Danielle at Prize Paradise saying I’d won £250 credit — I honestly couldn’t believe it! I checked my account and the £250 was already there. I still can’t believe it as I never win anything. It really does show that real people win. Thank you, Prize Paradise!
