I was a winner of the biggest Pokemon competition back in Covid - transferred £10,300 into my account by next day of winning.

Seems to be the same as everyone else. Won a prize on everyones a winner #6 and haven't received my prize from the draw that was £25 a ticket. Contacted them months ago and heard nothing back. The company stopped their business after the draw and obviously since then they don't seem to care about fullfilling paid for good. I would advise anyone in the same situation to go to trading standards as I have.

Was easy to purchase the tickets from the site. Checkout was quick and simple.

The lads are great! Very friendly! Still waiting on a £50 & £100 mystery box and a booster box of masquerade. But is mega hard to keep track of everybodys wins

I have played with Prize Royale for over 6 months now so here is a realistic overview:

Positive - the lads seem nice who run the site.
Items will arrive eventually.
It can be fun to check through your numbers and the odds are good compared to other sites.

Negative - so many prizes have been lost by them and I never received them, they offer cash but this is considerably under what it would cost to buy them yourself. For instance I won a Crystal Guardian Charizard, PSA 9. They said they lost this and sent me £60 less than what it was selling for. Recently a booster box did not arrive and they sent £33 less than on Amazon. An elite trainer box for Padean Fates I was sent £40.

It takes so many messages to get a response. I have received so many different excuses - they all had flu, items were lost, items were stolen, the postman did not pick up the mail etc

When you get a response do not expect a conclusion. I have waited 2 1/2 months for a PSA Venusaur. I have been told it was being sent and then it did not arrive. I will now be getting a PSA 7 instead of an 8 as it had been lost. They did offer some sight credit as an apology. The item card has still not arrived.

Be prepared for lots of the handshaking emoji when promises (that fall through are made). Top tip - you can only get hold of them on Facebook messenger, be prepared to pester.

Prizes will often disappoint - I won a load of packs and they sent out the worthless trick or treat ones. The mystery PSA cards are worth between £10-£30 (I was offered £20 for a lost one).

In conclusion play if you are prepared for a fight to get your prizes. It is a fustrating experience and you will be lied too. Don’t get your hopes up on what you have won.

It was my first time using a site like this and found it a bit confusing with regards to terms and conditions but got there in the end. I entered one of the draws and won a 36 pack booster for twilight masquerade! It took a while to arrive because the draw was done before the official release date so had to wait for it but it arrived yesterday, all sealed and ready to open. Package was sent tracked delivery which was reassuring. I have since also won a ETB so I am looking forward to receiving that soon.

Won on the 9th of april 2024 and still haven’t received my prize.

Overall there’s been a mix of either fake promises saying they’ll get back to me asap or just straight up silence.

Company definitely needs more transparency and communication with winners.

Love it, I’ve won multiple times and always big prizes great odds and and good prices. Can’t fault them. Booster boxes, collection boxes, huge chess set, old school packs just alsorts again very happy

Great competitions with amazing prizes for a very reasonable price for entry was gutted I didn’t win this time around but will defo be entering more

I enjoy playing you get a chance to win instant win prizes I’ve also won a main prize too! Communication is good and shipment always comes well protected. I also like the way the draws are done quickly some websites make them so long I lose interest. Keep up the good work

I think it's a great site. I didn't win but wanted to find out who did actually win but couldn't seem to find anywhere that gave the winner of the competition that I entered.

I won on my first ever raffle, easy website to use, just gonna wait and see how long my prize takes to arrive, then I’ll leave another review

Great website and love the prizes don’t seem to win much though

I've picked up quite a few prizes now and although it takes a while to get shipped out, the prizes do arrive. My only gripe is the lack of communication, I've sent a few emails and never had a reply back. But I will continue to try my luck as I know its all legit and entertaining to boot - watching the live stream with Stefan is a good laugh!

Fantastic site. Very happy with service from the team at Prize Royale. I've had several instant wins and a couple big wins.
The team is small and sometimes prizes take time to get to you..however they always do! Good things take time. For a small team they do great. Currently waiting on a couple wins coming in just now 😁
