Slow response of service teams. Got tickets for parking during shopping. I provided them the invoice from Aldi to prove that but they didn't cancel it anyway.

The worst of the worst.
Their website payment showed that it was done but they never charged my card. (I never checked because the flow showed no error) Then 2 weeks later had to pay 37 eur because according to them I didn't pay the fee of 2 eur.
Thieves.
