Unresolved Payment Dispute After Long-Term Collaboration
I worked with Matei Gavriluta from PRMediaOnline / Pro Media News for over 10 years on digital marketing and PR projects without any previous issues.
In 2022, I was asked to assist in processing a client payment through a Razorpay account. Since I did not have a merchant account, the payment was received through a friend's Razorpay account. The total amount received was approximately $34,000, and after deducting Razorpay charges and Conversion charges and after my commission, I transferred $25,000 in USDT to the wallet address provided.
Later, the client disputed the transaction. Because the payment went through the Razorpay account I used on his behalf, the account was left with a negative balance and has remained unusable for nearly three years.
During this period, I repeatedly tried to resolve the matter privately. I was informed multiple times that the issue would be settled, but the negative balance has still not been cleared.
In recent communications, he has stated that the dispute is between me and my friend and is no longer his responsibility.
My involvement was limited to assisting with payment processing. I did not retain any funds personally. My goal remains to resolve the chargeback and clear the outstanding balance so the matter can finally be closed.
I am pursuing formal channels to resolve this issue.
