ordered our product on the 8th Jan and received an email on the 10th Jan stating they wouldn't be able to despatch our order until Feb. they did explain the reason and offered a refund if we didn't want to wait, which we said we'd wait

All Items came as requested
All Items came as requested. The shipment tracking was missing, that could be improved by the shop because I ordered from a different country and it is good to know that the delivery is going well. The Items were stuffed inside the package without a buble wrap and the package arrived damaged, this could happen during transit but the risk of loosing Items is less if the shop uses better packing boxes and stuffing material.

Sorry about the package - we try to choose the best packing solution as possible, but the further handling in terminals & transportation can sometimes be pretty poor.
