Pro Nova - Christian Verlaeckt - Not to be trusted

This company has caused me months of stress and uncertainty as I want to sell now the appartement I hired them in June 2025 to do works in.

I made substantial advance payments in June 2025 (45% for windows, 100% for a garage door). As of February 2026, nothing has been delivered.

Two formal notices were sent:
- one by myself (returned unopened),
- one by Testaankoop (ignored).

Despite specifically telling me they are active on other sites, they blatantly refuse to honour their contractual obligations or communicate in any meaningful way.

I strongly advise future customers to be extremely cautious and to protect themselves legally if they really must engage with this company - they are simply not credible or trustworthy.
