My carbon can had gone a bit loose so they re sleeved it with a new can with new clamp and repacked it all free of charge! All done and returned in 2 days! 🙂

Phoned them up about some work to stainless exhaust
they said they could do and to email them as well. Emailed them the same day .They did not bother to reply so had to go elsewhere . I wish they told me they were not intertested when i phoned in the first place

Great communication whenever I had a question about the status of my order. Fit and finish are amazing and the sound is incredible. Love it. Will be getting the full header soon.

There's a lot of choice but specs and photos on the website are helpful to decide.
Quality of the ́product is great.
Only the mounting guide was missing in my package.

Given the wrong information about fit in my specific. Was told it would. Would not without modification of bike. Asked about returning and never received response. Also, when ordering said 5 to 10 day turn around time to over 4 weeks. Was told sorry it's the holidays

Got the wrong exhaust delivered and they don’t seem too eager on fixing their mistake and I stand here with an exhaust that doesn’t fit my bike and I have to modify it myself.

They are lying that they are going to send my exhaust but they don't.
Now i wan't to cancel my order but no response.

I had an oil leak issue that miscolored or removed the paint from the exhaust covers. Contacted Pro race and they sent me new parts same day without any charge from their side to Sweden! Top notch customer service!

Bought an end tip exhaust for my ktm 1290 and noticed the paint lacking. So called prorace. And was asked to send it back and they will fix it for me.
That's fair enough but I do not have my old exhaust so that means while I send my exhaust back for a repair I will be without my bike, (not happy considering I only bought the exhaust 3 months ago.
Thought it would of been of a quality that would last.

Got the exhaust delivered a good few weeks ago, just managed to have it fitted today. Exhaust arrived really well packaged with a registration number for its life time warranty. Looks really well made and very aggressive looking. Looks lovely on the bike. Nice tone with the baffle in, I haven't tried it yet with the baffle out.
Only real down side to it was the included heat shield, was a wee bit rough round the edges, just a bit tatty looking.
Bar that slight issue I would certainly recommend them on initial impressions.

Purchased an exhaust and after a short period of time the mesh started disintegrating. I contacted them and they said they would replace, I left the exhaust on for a little longer and it turned out it was melting. I contacted and said replacing the mesh would not stop it melting again and got no response.
