Pro-teck were professional and responsive from the outset. They came and did a survey of my property before a quote to install electric charging points and were very easy to deal with throughout. The estimates were fair costs and the workmen completed the job perfectly on time and in a very friendly and polite manner. They cleaned up well after themselves too, leaving me with a consolidate bag of rubbish and a clean environment. Thanks for great service!

Excellent service all-round. I got a response to my first email on the day and appointment for initial survey was done for the same week. I got the charger delivered the following Wednesday and installation was done within twenty four hours. The gentleman who did the installation was friendly, pleasant and competent.
I was most impressed with the whole experience.

Pro-Teck installed a Tesla connector for us. Prompt communication in response to all our queries right from the initial request for a quote through to completion of installation only two weeks later and that's only because we didn't want it done any sooner. All staff were very courteous and took pride in their work. Took them 2.5 hours to install and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend.

I booked Pro-Teck to have a Tesla home charger installed in early September in anticipation of my new car arriving at the end of the month. All the communications leading up to the installation were clear, transparent and informative. They were able to give helpful advice on where to purchase the unit from and details on what the installation would entail. Each question from me was answered quickly and knowledgeably by the team at Pro-Teck. The installation was completed on time with minimal fuss, clear-up was fast and efficient. When I took delivery of the Tesla yesterday I plugged in the home charger, all fine. However, I noticed that it was charging on an incorrect amps (and would take 24 hours to charge rather than the usual 7 hours!). Sent an email to Pro-Teck at 10.10pm last night thinking that we'd need to book in some time next day at the earliest. Incredibly I received an email response from Pro-Teck 30 minutes later confirming that someone would be out to fix it first thing the next day. They weren't wrong! Two guys from Pro-Teck turned up at 8.15am and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Tesla now happily charging at the correct 32 amps. Happy days! Amazing service from Pro-Teck and would highly recommend them.

A very straight forward experience. Marcin inspected the site and followed up with a quote the same day. The Tesla wall charger was installed 7 day later with no issues.

We would highly recommend Pro-Teck for every aspect of their work from start to finish. Their professional work ethic, response times and accurate quotes, to ensuring they finish the job on time reflects on a company that prides itself on delivering work of the highest standards. In this case Jakob did an excellent job fitting the Tesla charger, extra outdoor electric gate sockets and outdoor sensor lights and always made sure he left the place neat and tidy after work.

From the very first communication by phone we had complete confidence and reassurance that Pro-Teck Electrical would do a thorough job replacing our old fuse box.
They emailed me a detailed quote within an hour. They called the day before installation to check everything was ok and were very accommodating with fitting in with our family schedule.
The electrician who attended site was polite, courteous and very efficient.
The job took just 4 hours to complete and the electrician was very neat and tidy. There was no mess left for us to clean up or making good.
