Booked a tee time with them

Booked a tee time with them. Need to make a change. Virtually no way to contact this company to even talk about a change. They are excellent at taking your money. After that, you are a nobody to them. So lesson learned, I am out some money that won't kill me but I would caution anyone thinking about using this company to book a tee time, anywhere....DON'T, EVER they truly suck at customer service, big time.

Absolutely insulting prices

Absolutely insulting prices. I tried to book a round of mini (crazy) golf at a local place and the prices went from £35 for 4 people at the start to £140 at checkout!

When I rang the golf course I was told it would be a maximum of £20 for all 4 people (£5 each) if we just turned up and paid on arrival.

This website is a complete ripoff and I can’t believe it’s being used.

This App Really Sux!!

Pure Junk!!

I can not believe golf courses actually use this garbage?! I used it to book a few tee times and then all of a sudden it will not work with my email!! Try and reset? it says it will send a link to the email and it never does!! I complained to the golf courses they don’t care and there is ZERO customer service with this App so Chronogolf is worthless!!

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – No Customer Service, No Flexibility
I rarely leave reviews, but this platform deserves a warning label. The booking interface is poorly designed – it's way too easy to accidentally select the wrong course or time, and once the booking is made, you're completely stuck. There's no option to modify or cancel, even within minutes of booking.
Worse still, there is zero customer service. No live chat, no phone number, and emails go unanswered. It feels like once they have your money, you're on your own.
A simple mistake ends up costing you the full booking price, and there's absolutely no support to help resolve it. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ll be booking directly with courses from now on – this platform is not worth the headache.

Worst website

Worst website. Try to double charge you when policy says otherwise. Contact them to fix it and they say no my problem and go through course when it’s international and can’t. Such a joke. Cancel this site. It’s a rip off

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would. Our club has recently introduced it instead of BRS. It is totally unintuitive and a user unfriendly experience. It operates differently on the website as compared to the app. Not recommended in the extreme.

WORST booking ever

WORST booking ever. Cant cancel a tee time, but the course is willing too. $250 gone and to someone else to whoever is going to take my tee time....its ridiculous, will never recommend this

Most unintuitive software ever

Recently installed at my club to manage tee time bookings and club account. It is the most un-user-friendly software I have ever encountered. Making a simple tee time booking is absolutely horrendous.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Booked a tee time. Wife fell at airport. Hospital ER in Halifax. Golf course would not refund booking. Said everything managed through chrono golf. Chrono golf has no phone for customer service. Account page showed booking as non cancellable. Did not see this notice at booking. Terrible support. No customer focus. Will never book using this app again. Avoid is my advice.

Completely ripped me off and are…

Completely ripped me off and are unwilling to give a refund. The course I booked was a couple hours away from where I live but on the way to a family event. I paid for 2 players, 18 holes, and a cart at a good price. The very next morning, the day we were to play-I received a text message from the course that due to weather a few days prior, the course was very wet and carts would not be allowed on the course. They also shut down 4 holes. As soon as I received the message regarding course conditions I called and cancelled and emailed Chronogolf. They think it’s okay to sell tee times that are not what is advertised. Gross practice and now I will be using different apps or contacting course directly. Thanks for stealing Chronogolf

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware as this company has the worst customer service i was simply trying to cancel a prepaid foursome for golf well in advance for a refund.It took three days to respond as they have no means of talking to someone numerous emails ,chats ,meetings set up through email and the person does not show up.They have now offered a rain check which apparently is impossible to use.Do not give them your credit card no they use old style techniques to keep your money and not deliver the service. They are owned by Lightspeed.
