More of a lesson than a criticism

More of a lesson than a criticism! They never checked thermostat! Had they at the end of their furnace check, actually turned up the thermostat, they’d have found that the furnace wasn’t working as the temp in my place was 62 degrees at 8 am and the thermostat was set at 66! I found that they had turned off the furnace but not turned it back on! Other than that, they were very informative and courteous!

Worst customer service ever I got hung…

Worst customer service ever I got hung up on multiple times, The plumber flaked day of service and there was no communication between on updates on getting a new plumber. I had to call to find out I had to reschedule. Soonest appointment 1 week out after first appointment. And absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. I will never use this company again for anything.

Poor Communication and Customer Service

Poor communication. Didn’t answer phone calls or texts. Appointments not available for weeks. Didn’t even bother waiting, I went with a different provider who showed up same day and answered their phones.
