We are sorry to read this review, but we strongly disagree with this characterization.
Our company operates with maximum transparency. When we perform a live technical intervention on a customer’s website, we provide a full screencast showing exactly what was checked, what was changed, and why. This allows the customer to clearly understand the work performed and to verify the result.
We only request access to a customer’s website when it is necessary to solve a specific technical issue, usually because the customer’s server has a configuration problem or because the customer is unable to complete the required operation independently.
Pro Radio is a professional WordPress theme for radio stations, and like any professional software, it sometimes requires a minimum level of technical competence, especially when dealing with hosting, server configuration, WordPress setup, plugins, cache, or third-party integrations.
In this case, our support team acted transparently, provided technical assistance, and documented the intervention. Suggesting that customers should not trust us with access credentials is therefore misleading and unfair.
We remain available to help customers who need professional support, but we cannot accept accusations that misrepresent the way we operate.
