I love this and have just started using it but I have now had the barcode scanned via the yuka app and its ingredients get a low score of 28 out of 100. Not very good rating. So far havent seen results just like the smell

So I put a review on over a year ago, stating that the serum was very 'watery'. They only now responded there was an issue with the first batch, ultimately then this is a faulty product. Instead of replacing it, they tell me to send it back. A year after I purchased it. Not sure about you, but if this serum was watery, most people would just use more, which is exactly what I did. Nothing left to send back to warrant a replacement. You'd think that they accept it was faulty, and just send out a replacement!!!

I’ve used many salon POS systems and this is by far the best for Indie hairdressers.

The customer support is unlike any other, the simplicity is great and any issues are tended to immediately.

To be able to purchase big brand items with no start up package pricing is just what indie hairdressers need.

They provide regular education on the products they provide and are constantly expanding their product brand range.

Also, to be able to sell products while not having to stock them is a game changer. Direct from warehouse to your customers door, speedy delivery AND you get a commission.

This is the best change I’ve made by far, and I can’t wait to see how it develops in the future.

The only piece of feedback I have is to have options about inventory tracking and financial reports.

It’s an absolute 10/10 for me!

I ordered the Bliss Out Duo from Unwritten. The packaging was excellent and the shipment was fast. However, after using the product, I noticed significant hair fall. Unfortunately, it did not work well for me.

Great product with fabulous results!
I have personally been using So Sublime for 18months and my hair feels amazing. Combs through easier, more hydrated and less brittle.
After applying my So Sublime I use Hey Genie to blowdry and this is the best taking away the fly away and making blow drying easier.
Love Unwritten products!

Updated review: Made my hair dry and brittle, not friendly when dealing with complaints and threaten when receiving a bad review (to clearly make it so they only have positive reviews for future buyers) this was my personal experience and opinion which remains true

Once I downloaded the software I was literally up and running in about an hour. While they weren’t able to transfer my sales. History and future appointments, they imported my customers from Square. Loving it so far!

Unwritten has made it possible with their straightforward booking system and the capability to acquire supplies. Running a small salon, working on photo shoots, weddings, and freelance work may be demanding.

Every independent hairdresser needs to get this app.It's incredibly smooth and ideal for my business.

Recently, I began evaluating this program for use in my own hair salon. The method for scheduling and confirming appointments as well as the straightforward goods purchase have greatly pleased me.

This app is so nice to look at, and super easy to use! The illustrations are also super cute! I’ve found it really quick and easy to find or edit things (like services), through the tabs at the bottom of the page which means it’s quick to access things when I’m running around doing 10 things at once ! So good how so much of what I need to run my business is in a little app ! :)

I find the Unwritten App easy to use and everything in one app with stock, payments etc convenient. I also love how I get an email with my daily schedule to look at. Unwritten have listened to what we need and keep trying to improve functions

Absolute game changer! The transition over to Unwritten has been so seamless and the app is so easy to navigate.
They seem to really understand what we as independent hairdressers truly need to run our business.
I especially love the weekly reports emailed through, saves so much admin time!!

Unwritten has made running my business so much easier and efficient with the unwritten app. It has allowed me to be organised, keep clients happy getting there products to them on time, connect with like minded Indy hairdressers and enhance my brand professionally. Running a home salon, working on photoshoots/weddings/freelancing can become stressful but unwritten has made this all do able with their easy to use booking system and ordering stock for clients while I’m on the road.
