Not for me!
I really tried to preserve with Proactiv as naively I believed the celebrity reviews maybe meant it was successful, however I can now see that is not the case .
I have been using Proactiv for over a month and for a couple of days after about 3 weeks in , I did think I had started to see improvement in my skin. I can now say that it only made my skin worse , worse than it has ever been in fact!
I have come out in large red spots which just do not seem to go away , I've even noticed I've had breakouts in areas which have never been a problem before!
Then to top it all off , today after I decided to not continue with the products , I realised they had taken a further £29.00 from my bank account .
When I called the customer care team , the advisor said it is mentioned precisely three times on their website - leading me to think they recieve shocked calls like mine quite frequently.
I was told another 30 day supply was on it's way to me , and if I didnt cancel my subscription then another 29 pounds would be take up until the 3rd of July! I was quite shocked as I hadn't read this anywhere , maybe it was due to my lack of small print reading that had missed this clause , because I definitely wouldn't purchase any skin care products for that amount of time when I am not sure if it will improve my skin or not!
So I was then asked if I would like to order a further 90 days from the third of July, which I declined even when I was offered discount , when asked why I told the lady that the product didn't work for me . She said the normal ' oh yes the skin always gets worse before it gets better' which I can agree with , but this product improved my skin and then worsened it again!
I would not reccomend this product to anyone who has sensitive/breakout prone skin as it really just makes it worse , I think they only tell you it gets better eventually , so they get more and more sales!
And watch out for their roll over clause , because I completely missed it!!!!!!
