Proactive in more than just name
What an outstanding experience. I filled in the online form and within 30 minutes Dan called, even though it was late in the day. He asked useful, pertinent questions that didn't make me feel like I was just a number going through an automated process, and was able to give me helpful guidance on my application. We're a new company with very little banking history, but he was able to match us with a lender who was willing to provide vehicle finance to us. The next day we had a reasonable offer, and a few days later drove away in our new (to us) car. Dan kept me updated every step of the way, and all the paperwork was sensible and reasonable. Proactive not just in name, I highly recommend.
