They ignored my email to cancel an order and sent it anyways (i cancelled it 30 seconds after ordering because they charge double than what amazon is charging for the exact same item). There's also no way to cancel an order yourself. This is done on purpose to make returns hard for the customer. Dishonest business.

The company (Sanmoleo Co. Ltd) has a money-back guarantee. I was invoiced $35.23 ($24.99 + shipping and shipping insurance) for 3 items that promised to melt ice and snow on windshields. But they actually charged PayPal $45.80 without my knowledge.
I tried one for two nights in a row as directed with no effect; it didn't work. When I asked for a refund, the company first tried to assert that the items were delivered, which wasn't in dispute. Then they offered me $5 to just keep the non-functioning items, saying shipping them back would be prohibitively expensive.
