probikekit.ca implies a Canadian based company and no where during the check out process where it clearly says that custom and duties may be involved.

Ships from UK not Canada. Expect to pay more.
The website promote itself with a .ca domain yet it is based in the UK.
This means that anything you order from them will result in paying taxes to DHL or the international carrier to get the items you ordered which will increase the cost compared to local market. The amount you see on the website is not total you will pay.
Shipping from the UK will also make it more expensive and cumbersome to return.
+2 stars for fast shipping.
-3 for surprising me with international shipping and extra cost making it more expensive than the local market
