Having seen my 'dream bike' on their website via Facebook Market place, I was gutted to find I was too late had it had sol. I contacted PBT and Keval went out of his way to source the same frame and assist me with a dream build. This was all done remotely since I work overseas and it was delivered to me for my return. The attention to detail, keeping me informed of the build progress were exceptional, and the final price very competitive. I now have a very unique SWorks SL7 Trinity Racing dream machine.

I was looking for a Giant propel over the last few months and found exactly what I required on the pro trader site . I read the information on site and contacted Keval , talked a bit and worked out a deal that I was happy with . Purchased and sent within a week .. delivery was excellent and well packed . As on description it was indeed “mint” a beautiful unused example . Cages etc sent the next day . Tiny issue but was resolved instantly . Hats off to the team … a stunning bike !

Excellent bike and smooth purchase process.

Probiketrader responded almost immediately despite being outside of opening hours regarding a query whether a bike could be temporarily reserved.

Probike trader also hand delivered my bike despite me not specifying this and found a time that suited me in order to deliver it as smoothly as possible which was much appreciated.

After delivery, Probiketrader made sure everything was in order too.

Product ordered, efficiently delivered in secure packaging and exactly as described.

I purchased a bike from Cycletrade, I needed to reschedule the delivery with them as I was away when it was originally due to arrive. Cycletrade responded quickly to my request by email and rearranged delivery for when I was back. The bike was 7 years old bike and described as near mint, they were spot on as it really does look and feel like a brand-new bike, extremely happy with both the bike and the customer journey.

I had an issue the other day while working with the gear inner cable and I called the bike shop;the guy told me to go there and change it straight away so I went there and he had a mechanic who fixed it for me!!!great costumer support and service provided.I always support locals and this one is gonna be my place for service and any issue with my bike definitely.I really recommend this place and they also got very decent good bikes plus vintage exclusive models.Also they can assist you with any parts as the guy got knowledge and can give you fair prices in second hand well maintained stuff!!!so proud to be his first workshop costumer!!!

This was the first time I’ve sold a bicycle so didn’t have any knowledge of the process. I found Cycletrade online and followed the instructions. They offered me a price which I accepted and then arranged for a box to be sent out and for collection by Parcelforce. When they received it and inspected it they paid me by bacs transfer the same day. It was an easy, pain free transaction. Communication was excellent! Would really recommend Cycletrade if your considering selling a bike!
