Jon Morrow/ProBlogger Poor Customer Experience and Still Haven't received my order.
I purchased a digital book that was supposed to come with three bonuses. This company charged my account for the order, but never delivered. I sent a support ticket - they responded with this: To be clear, the bonuses are automatically sent 24 hours after the purchase of the ebook. It has not been 24 hours since your purchase yet.
However, these bonuses will not be books. The bonuses are mini-courses on our campus so what you're looking for is an email with login details.

It may be in your spam or trash folder. To be clear, nothing in their marketing for this book indicates that it will be 24 hours before the bonuses are delivered. I understand they're not books, but so far, I've received nothing, and after several attempts to get an update on my support ticket, I've heard...crickets. Sad, because I've always thought ProBlogger was a legit company that delivers what they say they'll deliver. Not this time! BTW - I ordered on 12/5/24 - today is 12/9 - they've had way more than 24 hours to take care of this issue. I've also asked for a refund, with no response.
