Unit is kind of big and clunky
Unit is kind of big and clunky. My unit did not work out of the box and it had a red light not white light on the handle but after plugging in powering down etc several times it finally turned white and started working. Mouthpiece fits ok just seems a little crooked between top and bottom. The experience of the actual flush is pretty good. Just had to get temp of water and flow rate worked out.

It doesn’t clean as well as I thought it would. I still have a lot of food stuck in my teeth after using. My water pick has more pressure. I am disappointed. My husband thought the same thing as well without me telling him my opinion first. It is also large and bulky and takes up a lot of counter space. The solution that comes with it was used up in around three weeks using the given measuring cup. Way too expensive to keep buying that often. Overall I feel like this misses the mark, but has potential to be great.

That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools.

My Proclaim device has been working great for over a month with excellent results in removing plaque and cleaning between teeth after brushing. Very easy to use and clean - much easier than older water flossers or regular flossing. The dental scan at a nearby office was quick and efficient. Done in less than 20 minutes. Customer service has been quick and responsible throughout.

Great experience buying but not life-changing difference
The ease and turnaround time of getting my custom cleaning unit was amazing and quick and the providers were proactive in contacting me. I have had for 2 weeks now. The custom mouth guard really takes up my whole mouth but once in place, it is comfortable and not poking or intrusive anywhere. Now at full-power level 5, it's awesome how quickly the cleaning takes but I'm not entirely sure it is an improvement or even comparable to OTC water flossers. I know my dental care and flossing leave much to be desired to begin with but this was not a life-changing solution to compensate for my lax dental hygiene.

Aside from some annoying issues...
Set up was easy. Everything worked as described. My only quibbles:
* packaging is hard to break down for recycling,
* the hose is awkwardly rigid. Its inflexibility has caused me to overturn the entire device several times now
* the reservoir lid does not sit firmly and is easy to knock off for older users like me
But all-in-all I appreciate the product so far.

First of all, the company was a joy to work with! Just tried out my unit for the first time and I am absolutely addicted to the use of it! Felt amazing on my gums and thoroughly flushed out any remnants of food in between my teeth. Brilliant concept that really works! I highly recommend this product!

Fast, easy and effective
My husband and I got 2 mouthpieces made to share this and so far so good. The machine and setup came approx. 2-3 weeks after our mouthpiece scans. We've been using for over a week and it's super fast and easy. You do still need to floss however but maybe not as much. The machine itself is sizeable so make sure you have room on your bathroom counter, right next to a sink, to park it.

I bought this product because my son's…
I bought this product because my son's (an adult with special needs) dental hygienist recommended it for him. I decided to get a mouthpiece for myself as well. It seems to do a very good job of getting between your teeth in the front, but I don't notice that it does anything for my back molars. It is a bit more of a hassle than I expected to set up before each use and to clean after each use. My son cannot do it himself, so I still need to assist him though I was hoping he'd be able to do this by himself.
