Excellent, I like it!
Order process through my dentist was extremely easy and well handled (both by dentist and Proclaim). I received several emails to update me and the item arrived when promised, extremely well packed and in perfect condition. I've been using it only for a couple of weeks but I like the machine very much and it seems a great alternative to flossing.

Proclaim excels
I was unsure how well the proclaim would work but after the second use there was no longer a question, my mouth and teeth clearly are clear after proclaim use. Now as I have cranked up the operating level I am impressed with the vigor and effectiveness of the cleaning. Excellent buy.

I think the product is innovative and exceptional. I have always had issues flossing adequately (even though I do it daily) to get everything off my teeth and gum line.
I’m actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment and hopefully they can se an improvement in my gum health

The process of the dentist mapping out 3D picture of my teeth and Proclaim 3D printing of my customized mouthpiece was amazing. A perfect fit. The Proclaim equipment is very east to use as the tutorial videos are easy to follow. My gums and teeth never felt this good. I highly recommend Proclaim for dental hygiene.

That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools.
Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water.

I LOVE my new Proclaim!
I have to admit that as a Dentist, I was initially skeptical about Proclaim's efficacy. You need floss to manually disrupt the plaque matrix and any debris stuck between teeth could not be possibly removed just by water irrigation. After using it for a week--I am a convert. Every time I've used the Proclaim and followed up with manual flossing (doubled up)--no debris/plaque came out. I wholeheartedly endorse this product. I can't wait to recommend it to colleagues, patients and relatives.

Simple process, excellent customer service
Simple process. Quick to solve problems if they arise(which they did). My info didn’t get registered with the dentist office where I got scanned, but they dealt with it swiftly over the phone while I was there and THEN actually followed up with me telling me that everything was cleared up and my scans where sent and received.

Overall good but weak
I really like the concept behind the product, but I think it lacks some power. I quickly went up to 5 but noticed some areas missing focus. The back molars sometimes had spots missed. It’s so nice and easy to use. I do wish the cable for the wand was looser rather than tightly coiled. Something perhaps cloth cabled and loose. Overall, I like the product. From no flossing to using the product, it does wonders, but from a waterpik to proclaim, perhaps not as large a difference as I would have liked.

Note that there is never a jet placed behind your last molar - if there were the mouthpiece would likely not fit in your mouth! That means that the mouthpiece may not physically cover your last molars, although there are jets directed to the spaces between your last and second-to-last molars.
Proclaim users may feel the treatment differently in different areas of their mouth - for example, since the molars are wider and thicker than the front teeth, the jets are a bit more spread out so the treatment may feel a bit less intense in the back. This does not mean any difference in efficacy! Proclaim has been shown to reduce bleeding and inflammation in all areas of the mouth. That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools.
