Everyone at Proclean did a great job at all stages of arranging and undertaking the work. They were very careful to find out the scope of work required to be able to give an accurate quotation. The person who did the work was excellent and dealt with everything that he saw needed attention as well as the agreed scope of work. Nice friendly people - I strongly recommend them

Very quick response. Gutters were like a jungle and we had a seagull nest as well. Despite being divebombed the workmen did a really quick snd efficient job - sorted 👍🏻

I paid £210 for barely half an hours work by two guys.
When I phoned and asked if they could clean my gutters I was told they would. OK at 75 I didn't read all the blurb I was sent but basically I feel I've been conned. Gutters have been rinsed only and still remain 'dirty'. When I complained I was told if I wanted them fully cleaned it would cost over £300 on a semi detached bungalow?

Good communication from the office when the arrangements had to be altered and also from the contractor who calked to confirm arrival time. Very professional, efficient cleaning and unblocking of gutters and downpipe. Would recommend.

Gutters all cleaned and unblocked as requested. Second time I have used them, so happy with the service. Prices have gone up a fair bit from the first job pre-covid days, hence only 4 stars. Need to keep an eye on future prices.

This is the third year I have used Paul at Proclean4U to clean gutters,soffitts windows and pipes.
Made appointment,arrived on time as usual and works in a most efficient manner.Nothing seems to be too much trouble.I am a bit of a stickler for good workmanship,and after three years of doing an excellent job I can fully recommend Paul.

This company charged me £1000 for 4 hours work (including £300 to remove gutter ‘hedgehogs’ which took less than an hour), and the exterior of the gutters were not cleaned. When I questioned this I was told that jobs are not priced by the hour (he was doing another job that afternoon so I feel they had some idea how long it would take) and that I had agreed the price. I replied that I had assumed that the price would include cleaning the gutters inside and out and that I thought this was a reasonable assumption given the cost. Unfortunately there did not seem to be any room for negotiation and I was told that unless I paid I would be referred to debt collectors. I would not recommend this company but if anyone decides to use them please be very clear what you are getting for your money - I was expecting a service to match the cost but I got a man with a ladder and a bucket and the gutter exteriors were not cleaned.

I used this company to bird proof the solar panels on mine and my neighbours roof. I wanted to use materials that wouldn't endanger birds but would put them off nesting underneath (as this damages the panels). It’s also important that the material isn't drilled or glued to the panels. After being messed around by a few companies I went to ProClean, who provided a reasonable quote and details of the work to be carried out. I spoke to Hayley in the office by phone and email and she was quick to respond and really helpful. I got a cancellation date, and the two workers arrived promptly and got started without delay. The weather changed throughout the fitting and they kept me informed of progress throughout as at some points the wind and rain made it dangerous to continue, but as soon as it died down they resumed the work. They were very polite and hardworking. I had photos emailed the next day and the work is guaranteed for 10 years. I would definitely recommend.
